Enterprise customers retain ownership of their financial and operational data. Ledgent AI processes data only to provide services and does not claim ownership.

AI agents provide automated execution and recommendations but are not a substitute for professional judgment. Customers remain responsible for financial decisions and compliance.

We implement enterprise security practices including encryption, access control, and auditability. Compliance frameworks may evolve over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledgent AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or security risks. Enterprise contracts govern paid customers.
